Update: I misread how this offer worked. I’d thought it meant you got $5 but you get a $5 gift card free which means it’s a 16.67% discount on $30 worth of gift cards rather than a 20% discount on $25 worth.

Be careful when using these promo codes. I tried buying a $25 AMC gift card for $20 and so used the AMC5 promo code. The app gave a message saying ‘Woohoo!’, but it didn’t show the $5 as being deducted. I clicked through to PayPal to see if they only charged $20, but the total was showing as $25 and so I backed out of the transaction.
This promotion has only just gone live, so it’s hopefully just a temporary glitch. I’ve emailed Bitmo’s support team to let them know; they’ve always been good with fixing issues in the past, so hopefully this’ll be working later this morning.
In addition to the $5 discount you’ll also earn 40x Perk Points which are worth 4% back towards a future gift card purchase.
It appears to be a 5 bonus card. So 30 for 25. I purchased it and that’s what I received. I didn’t see an expiration attached
