It’s not entirely clear if the $20 card is a regular gift card or a bonus card. Many deals on Adidas gift cards come in the form of receiving bonus cards that expire a few months later, but Bitmo is listing this as an actual gift card and so hopefully that’s what’s actually provided.

I got the $20 bonus cards but not the $100s.
Barely had my account a month (which, in hindsight, might be related) and Bitmo’s already removed all offers from my account. Used to be they showed up in the header, but Adidas said I’d “hit my 24-hour limit” while the Subway promo code still populated for that offer going on, then Subway was also blocked, then they disappeared from the header altogether. All within a few days. I hit the previous Adidas deal pretty hard, must be related to that…And possibly all the gebits…
