Getting $40 of bonus cards when buying a $40 gift card is significantly better than most bonus card deals that restaurants offer. Most of those other deals give a bonus card worth 20% of whatever the gift card value is, so a 100% bonus is excellent.
The bonus cards come as four $10 cards, so I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a restriction that you can only use one per order/table. If that is indeed the case, it’d mean you’d only get to take advantage of all of these if you plan on eating at Bertucci’s four times in the first three months of next year. If you’re likely to do that, this deal will be worth doing.
It’s also nice that this offer is available both online and in-store. Buying online is the most convenient, but because payment is processed by CashStar it means you won’t be able to earn bonus points on a card that offers more on dining purchases like you would be able to do when buying in-restaurant.
