Tips & Ideas
This is a decent offer as it makes the Cash Rewards card a 2% card at worst on the first $10,000 of spend through the end of the year.
This card also has 2% and 3% categories on the first $2,500 of combined spend each quarter. The 2% categories are grocery stores and wholesale clubs, while the 3% category can be chosen from a list including online shopping, drugstores and more. That makes this a 3% and 4% card respectively on up to $2,500 of spend, then 2% after that until you reach the $10,000 bonus limit. That’s a nice option if you don’t already have a 2% card.
