If you’re not targeted, it might be possible to get yourself targeted by deleting your Membership Rewards-earning cards from your Amazon account, add one or more back on and re-enroll in Shop With Points. It can sometimes take a few days for the offer to then show up on your account, but there’s no guarantee it’ll work at all.

There are often multiple versions of these types of offers, so I wouldn’t be surprised if some are targeted for $20 off or $30 off instead of $10.
