(EXPIRED) Amazon Prime Day: Great Gift Card Deals For Airbnb, Happy, Uber Eats, Choice & More

Update: OMG! It looks like Amazon is being generous with these deals again. For the deals giving an instant discount, you can only buy one card per brand per transaction in order to get the discount, but you can buy them again in subsequent transactions.

For example, buying two $50 Grubhub gift cards in the same transaction will only take off $10. However, you can buy two $50 Grubhub gift cards in separate transactions to save $10 twice.

For the deals giving an instant discount, you can buy multiple brands per transaction and get a discount on each. It’s only when you’re buying the same brand that you need to buy those in separate transactions.

Note that there are two types of deals. Some give an instant discount, while others give Amazon promo credit that’ll presumably expire in a month or two.

Pay with a card that earns more on Amazon purchases or with Amazon gift cards. Amazon Prime cards are earning 6% cashback (increased from 5%) for Prime Day, while there’s a targeted Amex Offer giving bonus Membership Rewards points.
