Note that there are several different types of deal here. For starters, some deals are for physical gift cards and others are for eGift cards. You then have some that offer an instant discount while others provide Amazon promo credit. Note that for deals offering Amazon promo credit, that’s not the same as an Amazon gift card because it expires (usually after a couple of months); for those deals Amazon will email you a code 1-3 days after your purchase that you have to enter on future purchases in order to redeem it.
