This is a great deal as you can effectively save 50% on $60 worth of gift cards. To take advantage of this deal, you’ll need to own an American Express credit or charge card that earns Membership Rewards. Next, you’ll need to add that card as a payment method in your account and enroll in their Shop With Points program (our affiliate link).

Next, shop for at least $60 worth of gift cards and add them to your cart. Note that this can be either physical or eGift cards, but excludes Amazon gift cards themselves. Paying for the entire order with Membership Rewards points is an awful use of your points as you can get tons more value by transferring them to travel partners like Delta. With the 1 Membership Rewards point taking off another cent, you’ll be left paying just $29.99 for a $60 gift card.
