Update 5/7/20: I’d marked this as expired the other day because they were no longer offering the deal, but it appears to be back again.
Update: I’m not sure this’ll be worth your time. I tried to place an order and got a fraud alert. After confirming it was a legit transaction, I tried again but the payment was declined again. After having this happen on numerous different cards, I finally managed to submit an order. Within a few minutes of receiving the order confirmation email, I received another email from Adidas stating they’d cancelled the order.
It sounds like this is happening with pretty much everyone who tries placing an order, so it’s a bit of a weird promo in that they don’t seem to want to sell these gift cards after all.

It seems like there’s a limit of five because the offer page states (my bolding) “If you require more than 15 cards, or need more than $250, please email [email protected]”.
