Great deal, Stephen. Especially since AARP takes PayPal. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Question for you: what is the best way to learn about these AARP deals? Do they send out weekly emails/email alerts on these deals? I’ve found scrolling through their offerings is hard as there are a lot and don’t seem to be in any order. (Case in point: I looked this morning and did NOT see this one…just the 5% off option!) Thanks for everything you do.
If you’re signed up for AARP Rewards, they send out an email on Tuesdays sharing which Daily Deals they’ll be running from Tuesday-Friday. Otherwise, you can check for the next day’s Daily Deal by checking the landing page linked to above after 2pm ET.
This particular Airbnb offer wasn’t a Daily Deal though; AARP Rewards didn’t send out notification about it.

It’s per account, although I’ve often had trouble getting orders through on my wife’s account; it has happened though.
