Update 4/3/20: There’s either a new offer or the previous one has had its expiration date extended to May 31, 2020. Something I don’t believe was listed last time is that this is valid online as well as in-store.
It won’t work for Best Buy eGift cards as those payments are processed by CashStar, but you could order a physical gift card to be sent to you. Alternatively, third party gift card purchases are processed by Best Buy, so deals such as this one and this one should also earn you the bonus miles if you spend $200.

Tips & Ideas
In the past it’s been possible to spend $200+ on gift cards at Best Buy, so I expect the same thing will work again. In addition to Best Buy gift cards, their stores have a fairly good selection of third party gift cards, with most (or all) stores having Amazon gift cards.
