I don’t know if this multipack has been introduced recently, but it represents a discount of 20.85% off face value which is very good and might make sense for reselling.

Update 11/9/19: As per Ram’s comment below, the $20 card is a bonus card which expires on October 31 rather than an actual gift card that can be resold. This is still a decent deal for personal use, but not so much for reselling seeing as you can’t resell the bonus card.
Looks like the bonus card is just a promo code that expires next year Oct 21
