Tips & Ideas
Pottery Barn Teen eGift card purchases are processed by CashStar, so that won’t trigger the statement credit. However, you should be able to buy physical gift cards to take advantage of this offer.
You’ll max this offer out when spending $286.66. If you’re buying gift cards though, you’d be better off buying a $250 gift card and $25 gift card in the same transaction. I’m assuming you can then resell the Pottery Barn Teen gift cards as Pottery Barn gift cards, although I’m not 100% certain on that. If so, this deal might be profitable or break even for some.
Update: As per EW’s comment below, Pottery Barn Teen gift cards can indeed be used at Pottery Barn, so they’d be good for reselling under the Pottery Barn brand wherever you resell to.
From Pottery Barn Teen’s website:
Gift cards and eGift cards may be used at stores in the United States, by phone or online with West Elm®, Pottery Barn®, Pottery Barn Kids®, Pottery Barn Teen®, Williams-Sonoma® Williams-Sonoma Home® & Mark and Graham®.
Excellent, thanks for confirming that.
