Note that this deal is only valid from Friday to Monday, so even though you can load the digital coupons to your account today, they won’t earn 4x until this weekend.
Unless you have an immediate need for the fuel points, it’d be worth waiting until Sunday or Monday to buy gift cards. That’s because fuel points earned on those days would be valid through October 31, whereas fuel points earned on Friday or Saturday will expire September 30.
If you already have access to Bumped, remember to select Kroger as your grocery store at which to earn stock back on purchases. Kroger is also offering 5% cashback (with a limit of $10 per day) as some (or all??) stores when paying with a card linked in the Dosh app.
The 4x fuel points on third party gift cards can be especially useful if you have a large gas tank as they can be used on up to 35 gallons, meaning you can save up to 14% for every 1,000 fuel points used. Some stores have that 1,000 fuel point restriction, but others – such as the Kroger I filled up at in Richmond VA the other day – allow you to use more than that.
