This is a fairly good deal as you’ll make a few dollars after taking into account the activation fee.
Given how the deal is phrased (it doesn’t say $100+), I’m assuming you need to buy a $100 fixed-value gift card rather than being able to buy a $200 or variable load gift card.
Note that the $10 comes as a coupon after you’ve bought the gift card, so you’ll want to buy that before paying for your groceries. Also note the expiry date of the coupon.
This deal is at Giant and Stop & Shop; those deals are usually also at Martin’s grocery stores, but I checked Martin’s weekly ads for PA, VA & MD and it didn’t appear in any of those, so I’m assuming it’s not available at Martin’s stores.
