This offer isn’t as exciting as I’d been hoping. Target’s weekly ad mentioned that there’d be this offer on ‘participating’ Choice, Happy and Spafinder gift cards, but they hadn’t specified which specific Happy and Choice brands would be eligible at the time.
I think everyone had been hoping that the Choice Cheers To You! brand would be eligible as those can be redeemed for Home Depot gift cards. They’re sadly not eligible, but Happy #BestMomEver might be of most interest to people seeing as you can redeem those cards for Lowe’s gift cards.
Getting 25% off a second gift card means you’re saving 12.5% on two of them with this deal, so that’s a pretty good discount for Lowe’s.
Update: This offer is better than expected, but it might be short-lived. Target seems to be taking 25% off the second gift card twice, meaning you’re saving more than 12.5% on two cards. I wouldn’t be surprised if they notice that issue fairly soon, so it’d be best to buy ASAP and hope the order gets fulfilled before they fix the pricing. Update 2: Target has fixed the glitch that was giving two discounts.

Different cards have different load limits. Target doesn’t always seem to have a strict limit as to how many you can buy – some people can buy more than others, so keep buying until they cut you off.
They fixed the issue.
