Key Terms
- Offer available to the first 80,000 PayPal and/or Venmo users to redeem the offer who are residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (2) are holders of a U.S. personal (Venmo or PayPal), premier or business account in good standing (“Valid Account”)” during the Offer Period (defined below).
- Eligible Purchase(s): Purchases made with a Valid Account using PayPal or Venmo QR code (“QR code”) functionality at participating Uniqlo stores (“Eligible Purchases”). Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) any purchase made online or in app through PayPal or Venmo at checkout not using QR code functionality, (2) send/receive money transactions not using QR code functionality, (3) PayPal Cash Mastercard, PayPal Cashback Mastercard, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard, PayPal Extras Mastercard, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard, Venmo Debit MasterCard, or Venmo Visa Credit Card purchases made directly and not through a QR code purchase using a Valid Account.
- “Offer Period”: Starts at 12AM EST on 4/8/2022 and ends at 11:59PM EST on 4/17/22.
- How it Works: Eligible Participants must scan the QR code that will be printed on signage and save it to their PayPal or Venmo account. Eligible Participants must make a touch-free purchase at participating Uniqlo stores nationwide, of at least $50.00 using a PayPal or Venmo QR code in-store at checkout during the Offer Period. A $10 USD discount will be automatically applied to Eligible Participant’s purchase upon checkout (“Discount”).
- Discount: $10 USD Discount that will be viewable in the “Offers” section of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account for personal (Venmo or PayPal) or premier accounts. Only 80,000 Discounts are available during the Offer Period; Discounts will no longer be awarded once the limit is reached.
- How to Redeem: Once received, activated (where applicable), and qualified for, the Discount will be applied automatically to the Eligible Participant’s Eligible Purchase that qualified for the Discount. The Discount must be redeemed during the Offer Period and may only be redeemed as described in these terms & conditions. Use of the Discount will be reflected on the Eligible Participant’s PayPal/Venmo receipt and/or in the transaction details of his/her Valid Account.
- There is a limit of one (1) Discount per Valid Account.
