Warning: I went to Rite Aid today and purchased $200 in Apple Gift Cards expecting to receive $24 in bonus points. Instead I received no bonus points. I will call customer service first thing tomorrow morning (they are closed today). I have never known Rite Aid bonus points gift card deals to be regional (I’m in Los Angeles).
Closing the loop here. I called customer service on Monday morning and they credited the $24 in bonus cash to my account. The customer service rep said I was the second call she received that morning with the exact same issue.
Cool, I’m glad that they at least made it right.
