I’ll be honest – I’d never heard of Everyday Select Rewards Visa gift cards before coming across this $2 off coupon, so I’ve no idea how it works.

It looks like it’s issued by Republic Bank & Trust Company which means it likely won’t stack with the separate $10 off Visa gift card deal as those are issued by MetaBank.

Somewhat interestingly, there’s an app for Everyday Select Rewards Visa gift cards. When looking at images for the app on the Google Play store, it seems like the card offers ATM withdrawals as well as check (and maybe money order??) deposits. The app is rated at 2.6/5 though, so beware.
