Earning 4x Gas Rewards points on these gift card brands isn’t particularly rewarding. If you spent $250 on them, you’d earn 1,000 Gas Rewards. That can save you $1 off per gallon on up to 20 gallons, so maximum savings of $20.
If you were to fill your car with 20 gallons, you’d effectively be saving 8% which isn’t great. That therefore doesn’t make this worthwhile from a reselling perspective unless you buy Best Buy gift cards and take into account credit card rewards by paying with a card that earns more at grocery stores.
