I think this would qualify for the bonus miles on American for example (even though I didn’t think of it until afterward).

Has anyone BHN banned been able to get around it? Orders via kroger, gcm all cancel within a few minutes. Customer service is of no help.
Have you tried using guest checkout? Some people have reported that working rather than using their previously created account.
