10% off Xbox gift cards is a fairly standard deal and so by itself isn’t useful for reselling. In theory you can use the BestBuy.com Amex Offer for $50 back on $50 on personal Platinum cards, but there’s an exclusion for gift card purchases. I suspect that’s due to Best Buy’s own eGift cards being processed by CashStar, but perhaps Amex will get clawback-happy with these kinds of gift card purchases too if they work out what you’re buying.
