There are two separate digital coupons – one for $50 Visa gift cards and one for $50 Mastercard gift cards.
When Publix used to provide paper coupons for this type of deal, they had an exclusion stating you could only redeem one minimum purchase offer in the same transaction. I don’t think that the limit was ever hard-coded, but cashiers could prevent you from being able to use two paper coupons at the same time.
The fact that this deal comes in the form of digital coupons is therefore beneficial as it means you should be able to buy $50 worth of groceries, a $50 Visa gift card and a $50 Mastercard gift card in the same transaction to get $20 off, rather than having to buy two sets of $50 of groceries.
The $50 gift cards have a $4.95 purchase fee, so each card will make you a $5.05 profit.
We’ve been getting $10 off $50 in the mail lately (our local Publix was renovated recently). I was able to stack that with the two GC coupons so total $20 off $50. Without that triple stack would not have been worth it to me given prices are at least 20% higher for most stuff.
