This is definitely available online and might be available in-store too, although I’m not certain on that latter point.
Pay with a card that earns more at Target such as the Discover It or ABOC Platinum Rewards cards this quarter, or the Chase Freedom or Freedom Flex cards when paying via PayPal. This will also stack with the Google Pay/Target offer, although you’d need to spend more than $50 which means you’d have to buy a $75 gift card as the $50 denomination would only charge you $45 which wouldn’t be sufficient to trigger the Google Pay offer.
