Update 12/13/20: As per Joanne’s comment below, this is indeed valid on Happy Eats gift cards too. There might be a limit of two (i.e. 4x Happy gift cards and 2x Target gift cards.

Tips & Ideas
In Target’s weekly ad, it pictures both the Happy Dining and Happy Eats gift cards, but it only mentions Happy Dining gift cards and so I’m not sure if the Happy Eats brand is eligible or not.
This offer isn’t live yet – it starts on Sunday December 13, so I’ll republish then.
It was in-store, and it did include the Happy Eats as well. At the store I went to, it was limited to $100 (four $25 gift cards) = $20 Target ‘reward’ gift card.
