Update 11/22/20: This offer should be going live in stores today. There isn’t a digital coupon or Rewards offer for it so presumably the Xbox Game Pass discount will automatically be applied when checking out. Be sure to check the total before paying though just in case.

Ordinarily, buying a 3 month Xbox Game Pass gift card for $29.99 would be a decent deal seeing as that’s a 33.33% discount on its standard cost. However, GameStop is selling them for $19.99 for Black Friday too, so that’s obviously a better deal. Having said that, GameStop’s sale is on November 27 only, whereas this Meijer deal is available in-store from November 22-28.
Similarly, GameStop is selling 12 month PlayStation Plus gift cards for $44.99. That means GameStop is offering a 25% discount, whereas Meijer is offering a 25% bonus seeing as you get 3 months free.
I’m not sure if one or both of these deals require a digital coupon, so I’ll check for those before republishing this post on November 22 when the deal goes live.
