This is a pretty good offer because the $10 card is a regular gift card rather than a bonus card and so doesn’t expire.
This can also be stacked with the Barnes & Noble Citi Offer.

Any idea yet whether this deal is in store also? I have Happy Teens cards I’d like to use, but they are for $50 each so can’t split payment and use them online for this deal.
I don’t know – this type of deal has been available in-store before, but I don’t know if this one is. The terms of the offer don’t explicitly state whether or not this is online-only.
I’m confused by the terms: can you help? How many times can I get the $10 Gift Card by purchasing the $100 Gift Card? Once? Or once per day? In other words can I purchase multiple $100 gift cards and get multiple $10 bonus card if I do each as a separate transaction? I just bought a single $100 card and understand the $10 will be emailed as an ecard/code on Dec. 12th, just confused if a person can do this multiple times. Thanks.
I’ve just updated the post to include the terms that state that when doing this deal online you’re limited to using the offer only once. If you wanted to do this more than once, you’d – in theory – need to do it in-store. It’s presumably possible to do the deal more than once online by setting up multiple Barnes & Noble accounts, but I’m not sure that would be worth the hassle versus just doing the deal in-store unless you don’t have Barnes & Noble stores near you.
Thank you. I was confused by the words in the terms of the deal, so appreciate your explanation! Have a good day!
