You can redeem the fuel points you earn from Shop ‘N Save at Sunoco gas stations. There’s a limit of 30 gallons per fill-up, so if you can refuel to that maximum amount, you’ll save $6 for every $50 of gift cards you buy. That’s therefore savings of 12%, but if your gas tank takes fewer than 30 gallons, your overall savings will be lower.
Although Home Depot and Lowe’s gift cards are excluded, that still leaves plenty of other high-value gift card brands you can save up to 12% on such as Best Buy, Amazon, eBay, Apple, etc.
If you want Home Depot or Lowe’s gift cards, there is a loophole with this. Some Happy gift cards have Lowe’s as an eligible retailer, so you could buy those to use as de facto Lowe’s gift cards. Similarly, there are Habitat For Humanity Giving Good gift cards which work like Happy gift cards and have Home Depot as an eligible retailer.
