Tips & Ideas
In theory, you can buy $125 worth of Wayfair gift cards to lock in the statement credit from this Amex Offer. They don’t sell that specific denomination though, so you’d need to buy a $100 + $25 or $75 + $50, etc.
Wayfair can be a little cancel-happy with gift card orders, so hopefully your order sticks.
Update: Dee reports in the comments below having a 2,500 Membership Rewards version of this offer. If you’re targeted for both versions, you can load one of each to different cards.
One of my Amex cards had this offer as Spend $125, get 2500 MRs. If you care more about MRs than cash back, it might be worth a look at all of your cards’ offers.
