This initially had the potential to be a decent deal because the promotion is listed as being valid on Giving Good gift cards. These are Happy-style gift cards released by Blackhawk Network and one of the brands offers Home Depot gift cards as an option.
The problem is that Target only appears to have the Giving Good Feeding America gift card available which means your only options are select restaurants, so it’s not particularly interesting for reselling.
