A 10% discount on Hotels.com gift cards isn’t great, but it’s the best Hotels.com-specific discount available at the moment (unless the Samsung Pay deal is still going).
That said, there are other ways to get better discounts on these gift cards. For example, Bitmo still has a few promo codes available that provide a discount of 11-15%. Hotels.com gift cards are one of the many cards they sell, so that option offers better savings.
The downside is that you’ll likely have to wait 1-2 business days for cards bought through Bitmo to be made available as payment is taken from your checking account. Gift cards bought from PayPal Digital Gifts tend to arrive within about 30 minutes, so that’s a better option if you need them for immediate use.
PayPal Digital Gifts hasn’t provided a date when the deal will end, nor placed any specific limits on how many of these discounted Hotels.com gift cards you can buy. You can therefore keep buying until they start rejecting your orders. The good thing is that they now allow you to add more than one gift card to your cart – in the past, you had to pay for one at a time.

I’ve not previously purchase from PPDG, Questions:
(1) the Your Shopping Cart page has a ‘buy now’ button with no option on that screen to select payment method. Does clicking ‘buy now’ lock in the purchase or go to a payment screen to choose payment options?
(2) Any chance eBay gift card work for any of these? I have to have exactly $90 (3 $30 cards from a Citi Dividend promo) that I’d like to use up.
1) If you’re not already logged in to your PayPal account, it’ll have you log in first. It’ll then take you to a screen where you can select from whatever method of payment(s) you already have saved to your PayPal account, or let you add another one – it doesn’t use your default method of payment as a one-click transaction.
2) Unfortunately not for a couple of reasons. eBay doesn’t allow you to purchase gift cards with their own gift cards nowadays (they sadly killed that a few years ago, soon after I started reselling). Also, this particular deal is listed on PayPal Digital Gifts’s own website rather than on eBay.
