Zulily sells eGift cards online and it looks like they process payment themselves. It should therefore be possible to buy a $75 Zulily gift card to lock in the 20% discount for either personal use or reselling.
There might be a version of the offer giving 1,500 Membership Rewards rather than a $15 statement credit, but my wife and I only have the $15 version.
