I’m not familiar enough with Food City to know if you have to swipe your ValuCard in order to get the discount as the terms don’t state whether that’s necessary or not. If not, you can presumably buy more than one of these per day by going to different cashiers or by using self-checkout if that’s an option.
25% off IHOP gift cards is a great discount, so it’s a shame that you have to buy these in $20 denominations if you’ll be reselling them.
