Fleming’s Steakhouse is part of Bloomin’ Brands. If you buy a $100 Fleming’s gift card, you can lock in the 25% discount/2,500 Membership Rewards and should be able to use it at other Bloomin’ Brands restaurants – Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s and Bonefish Grill. That’s a decent discount for personal use and might be profitable for reselling.
This appears to be a targeted offer as my wife and I didn’t have it on any of our cards.
