This offer appears to be highly targeted as I only had it on one of my cards. If possible, add it to the card that has the soon-to-be-expiring 4x Membership Rewards Amex Offer.
Sam’s Club sells a variety of gift cards (our affiliate link) including Visa and Mastercard gift cards, so that can be a good way to use this offer if you won’t use it for everyday transactions. Note that it’s only good for online transactions though rather than in-store.
