100 Gas Rewards points are worth 10c off per gallon on up to 20 gallons. If you bought a $100 gift card for one of the brands listed above, you’d earn 400 Gas Rewards points which is worth $0.40 off per gallon. If you can fill up your tank with the full 20 gallon limit, you’d be saving $8/8%.

8% savings on these gift cards isn’t a great deal, but you can make it slightly better by paying with a card that earns a bonus at grocery stores. That said, if you have a Kroger near you and a vehicle that takes more than 20 gallons, you’ll likely be better off buying gift cards from there between February 1-3. That’s because Kroger fuel points can be used for a discount on up to 35 gallons per fill up. You’ll also earn 4x fuel points on all gift cards, not just this limited selection of brands.

Some quick things to note regarding a couple of the brands. The Happy Lady gift card is pictured in the ad, but I’d assume any Happy gift cards are included.

Darden gift cards are also pictured, while Outback Steakhouse gift cards are also pictured. I’m not sure if Olive Garden gift cards or gift cards for any other specific Darden restaurants are included, so the safe option would be to simply buy Darden gift cards and then use them at Olive Garden or wherever.
