Blackhawk Network has once again released a batch of new Choice gift card brands and a couple of these look like they could be useful for resellers when there are deals in the future. Thanks to Adam for pointing out the release of these.
Here’s more about the three new Choice brands.
Choice Fun & Fabulous
The first new brand is called Fun & Fabulous. It’s a “Swap” card which means that rather than redeeming in-store, you redeem the card online at redeem.giftcards.com for gift cards for the following retailers and restaurants:
- Nordstrom
- The Cheesecake Factory
- Bath & Body Works
- Victoria’s Secret
- Sephora
- Bloomingdale’s
While there aren’t any super high value brands here, in situations where you can buy these for 15% off or more there could be some profitable or break even options for gift card resellers. It’s also an interesting new brand because it’s the only multi-store card that can be redeemed for gift cards for Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, Sephora and Bloomingdale’s. Sephora used to be on some Happy gift cards, but subsequently got removed and so it’s good to see it make a return.
Choice Home Sweet Home
Home Sweet Home is another “Swap” card and can be redeemed for gift cards for the following retailers:
- Lowe’s
- Ikea
- Macy’s
- Staples
- Wayfair
- Barnes & Noble
Once again, if you can buy these for 15% off or more, you should be able to make a small profit depending on the resale rates available to you. This new brand is notable seeing as it’s the only type of these multi-store cards that feature Staples and Ikea.
Choice On The Run
The third and final new Choice brand is On The Run. As with the two previous new brands, this is a “Swap” card which means you can redeem the card online in exchange for gift cards for the following brands:
- Krispy Kreme
- Panda Express
- Taco Bell
- Panera Bread
- Subway
Multi-store brands that can only be redeemed for select restaurant brands tend to be less valuable from a reselling perspective compared to brands that have retailers on them too, but On The Run still has the potential to be of interest for resellers depending on the discount due to the inclusion of Taco Bell and Subway.
On The Run is also the only multi-store card that features Krispy Kreme and Panda Express, as well as being the only one that can be redeemed for Panera Bread gift cards online.
